Honestly this is the best move they could make. Part time player, I don't care who it is, will destroy chemistry and any continuity. They better hope the restrictions let up... they won't, especially with the holidays coming up, or he might miss the entire year. Their duo won't be able to make it to the Finals. I don't think they can healthily get out of the East.

With Nets, Clippers, and Nuggets (and GS late to the party depending on Klay's return) all out of the running; I really like our odds this year even if chemistry takes awhile to develop.

Whoa!!! Had not heard. What kind of surgery for what and how long‘s it realistically going to keep him out? Hope that “Meat” has been enjoying that team. Who CAN that guy root for these days since with all the movement of players …. even after his 3-4-5 years it will never be possible to in his mind declare who won that trade. He sure wasn’t having that the Lakers won it.
