It's a B-, IMO. They overpaid Reaves, but I do like the other moves. Another starter gets it into that B+ range. Trevor, Pete, Darius, (minus Jovan), all had/have concerns with it.

So, yeah. Isn't just me but people who cover the team and/or worked for the team at one point in Pete's case.
