I admire your optimism guys. Luka will score 40, Bron will play with great energy, grab boards, move on D... and we will get blown out because AR and Rui won't score more than 25pts combined.
Im not staying till 4am to get fooled again.

Can we also close the gap on Ant and Reid from the spot they shoot their 3s in the 4th quarter?

It's always the same spot, top of the key and we leave them too much space.

Randle has been a problem all series, we can't do nothing with him, he gets the going from the start when Ant is slow into the game, if we can put him off a bit maybe we get a better start and a big lead

Lakers by 17 tonight. Comfortable lead throughout. Zero chance Luka and LeBron going out without an explosion.

    bring on Game 6

I definitely don't "expect" a win tonight. I think we will play well and win, but there's a version of this where the Wolves strike early and we pack it in because the team knows its not their year. Ant wants to embarrass us, like he did to KD and the Suns last year. They're not going to sleepwalk through this and count on closing us out in Game 6.

this series unfortunately feels very nuggets-ish--they have the confidence and cohesion to close. i kind of expect them to finish it tonight. partially because if they don't, the pressure shifts.

they're STILL playing with house money, though. i'm STILL mad about game 1.

Well, Houston really punked the Warriors tonight. They played at home, it was an elimination game for them... but they came out strong and are currently winning by 30 in the 3rd. The pressure is absolutely on the GSW now.

We need to do the same.

I am more mad about games 3 and 4 - tied with a few mins to go in game 3. Bron and Luka couldn’t close. From 103-103 to 116-104. What?? Can’t get stops mostly.

Last game - I get it. Bad calls. But blew a 9 point lead and Bron didn’t score at all and blew another inbound scenario. And Reid - give up 2s, not 3s. Hero ball shots by Bron.

The world is against them in this series. Toughen up.

In all three of our losses it felt like a team that came together midseason and doesn't have an identity. Unprepared for the heightened level of physicality and attention to detail in Game 1. Flashes of strong play in Games 3 and 4, but sloppy mistakes and no bread & butter actions to fall back on down the stretch.

Still in shock at how we went from a team pundits extolled as a title contender to the Washington Generals. Not sure how to explain such an egregious collapse. Make it make sense!

    Yep.

The missed, wide open shots and the turnovers in the final stretch of game four were especially hard to take.
