New Lakers Owners Discussion: Kushner + Iger

We joked about Pablo watching his back with the Clippers expose. There could be a huge story here but would he want to take “all that” on if there is the connection, starting with Mark and Dodgers in DC face to face with DT and in trouble with DOJ and SEC.

 

No open market. No bidding war. It was rushed. Mark is in trouble

 

Pretty much. Until I see some concrete evidence otherwise this is my take.

The Kushners were trying to buy the World Cup before fifa stepped in. Look at Trumps statement. They wanted that Vegas team. Somebody got word to him that Walters was selling or listening to offers.

what does that sound like Trump or Ivanka. Who would know how bad the investigation is but Trump.

so probably he will sale. They jump with the offer.

Kushners it’s all real estate money. His claim to fame was why Trump approved his brother for Ivanka was real estate the Kushners have been big in real estate in New York for years.

Including not letting tenants in their buildings during COVID.

they built a real estate empire. This isn’t tech money. So they all know each other. Mark probably to. Who’s a big hedgefund guy. Guggenheim being one of the biggest hedge funds.

what would you do. Hey here’s the offer. Charges dropped. You get 2 billion. You keep the Dodgers. So essentially you flipped it.

and now you can get your team. And you don’t have to go to jail just sale to these guys and then all charges dropped.

that sounds like Trump. But that’s what people were talking about from a political angle if you have your hands in other ventures you can dictate.

now I don’t know what Walter did and maybe it’s some f***ed up s*** allegedly. But this is the kind of deal when they tell you to not come back to town anymore and here’s your money.

but don’t think Jared isn’t part of this ownership group which includes Ivanka which includes Trump. Josh ain’t getting no big money without Jared getting it.

s*** Jared was all over with the Saudis he didn’t do that for the birds and bees. So all of a sudden Josh and Igar have 12.5 billion to buy the NBA’s most valuable franchise it ain’t adding up. But Saudi got the money and they can bankroll that.

Iger is the clean guy face that everyone trusts but he’s only worth 700 million.

I didn’t even watch 691 Lakers station.

 

I guess all the sordid details will come to light eventually. Whatever Walter may have done;rest assured, with the Saudi/Kushner connections, he has a pardon already in his back pocket,
if he ended up in some serious legal trouble behind it.

 

PR campaign in full effect. Positive Laker coverage will take some getting used to.

Exactly, I used to take crap for being a Laker fan back before they ever won their first LA championship. That is when I learned to quit being such a nice guy. Get attacked, punch back...lol.
