    Tough dude. Once fought Shaq.

Average coach and they have no talent. Both must be desperate, so I guess it's a win win.

Didn't someone on here say that Tobias harris and coach Scott have some sort of falling out?

Definitely an underwhelming hire, but they're an underwhelming organization.

He improves the team defensively everywhere he goes, but he ends up burring his bridges by burning the players out from what I understand; I don't know if it's through preaching the same old tired rhetoric, hard practices, or a combination of both. He'll improve them, though. He'll give them a sound structure, put in a solid defensive scheme, have them improve incrementally, and probably be gone with 2-3 years.

This reminds me of the Scott hire to be honest; minus the good scheme...

not sure how skiles continues getting jobs

he's an old school, tough nosed, no BS coach and that doesn't sit well with these new generation players. main reason why the bucks fired him. if he has the right players to fit his system and buy into it, he can have success. but the magic suck and i have a feeling they're not going to buy into his old school, abrasive ways
