    As long as he trusts Schroeder, he can take some minutes off. And since Dennis rarely misses games due to injury/health issues, this should be happening more.

    That will essentially give him 9 days off, assuming he can play the bare minimum Sunday. I'm in favor of him getting whatever rest he can.

    yeah, popovich understood this a decade ago. if lebron was sitting for rest, the suns game was the game to do it. we were going to lose anyway. now we're going to drop a game we shouldn't have.

    I see the frustration but I’m guessing perhaps Vogel wanted to figure out the best matchups in order to prepare for the playoffs in case we meet them.

    i suppose...but we're unlikely to see them in the playoffs (i'm guessing we'll be the 2/3 seed and they'll be the 4/5) and we shouldn't be worried about it, particularly in a game where we already have AD. we just lost two games instead of one, and i think for no good reason.
