    Those are obviously fake 45 pound plates they are like those 20 pounds Styrofoam filled make you feel buffer than you are plates.

    lol who is his trainer? that squat form is atrocious and dangerous.

    he needs to be more square (his right foot is further back than his left), feet closer together (so he's not using his back to push up), and legs needs to be parallel to the ground at the bottom of his rep (for full range of motion). you can see him compensating the weight on to his left leg and his knees buckle in. come on bron, lower the weight, and do some proper squats.

    The closer the legs, the more pressure on the knees. Those are fake weights on the ends. He is probably only squatting 150 pounds.
