He has the highest 40+ total ever, at 43+/43+, but the single season record is 73.

    Canseco did 40/40, yup.

Canseco did... juiced to the gills. As were Bonds and ARod when they put up 40/40.

Amazing!!! Incredible!!!   Ohtani did it.... 51 HRs and 51 steals AND Counting with 10 games left. All tolled, Ohtani went 6 for 6 today with two doubles, three home runs, two stolen bases, and 10 RBI in Thursday's win over the Miami Marlins (LA 20, MIA 4).

Yes. And is dominant there too. But he’s just about back from his “2nd” Tommy John surgery. Pitchers are still having good careers after 2 even apparently now. Dodgers have a tough decision about whether to let him throw any short relief minutes should by then another month from now they be in the World Series. They’ll be super cautious but there’s that decision that may have to come up. He would be pushing hard if he feels 100% I would imagine.

What else can you say about ShoTime...guy has been lights out this past week.

NL West Champs again, but the pitching looks suspect. Could be another early exit, but Shotime may be hungry to prove why he's the GOAT and get a ring to cement his legacy.

It all comes down to the last day of the regular season. We could see even more history. No Triple Crown winner in the NL in nearly 90 years. Ohtani vs. Arraez.

Bullpens holding down the last few innings. Hopefully it stays like this two more innings.

What a game. If Mookie Betts shows up tonight, the series is likely over. Padres are going to start walking Shohei Ohtani.

Pretty pathetic game from the Dodgers. "Fans" throwing stuff at the Padres players is disgraceful.

Well hopefully Padres used up all their runs today. But, it's going to take a miracle from Ohtani or something to win. The pitching isn't going to keep the Padres locked up.

Mookie Betts looks like D'Lo in the playoffs now.
