It still seems reasonable to me, no difference here and I didn't disagree last year on that, with health. And IDawg and Vlade post nothing alike. ;)

On another note..the Denver chatter is pretty quiet. It's possible that they intend to run it back one more time. Or at least until the trade deadline.

They can't keep everyone but it sounds like they are considering it. Unless they have a dumping spot lined up for Braun. To where tho?

i don't think the teams with big enough TEs would take braun for anything. denver's been posturing the whole time, and i think the watson thing is waiting on the kawhi trade to get resolved. he's going to the clips or bucks would be my bet.

Hopefully it's the Bucks..I wonder what the Flippers plan on doing with Mathurin? His 3pt shot went left but he can attack the paint. If they get Watson, they'd have an interesting young core.

Lakers …. #14 BS and a lazy and incomplete synopsis IMO. We’ll see how it’s looking around Christmas.

I think that Lakers eventually will sign Kuminga ,but Cleveland signed Hezonja on strange condition and they still have to do something with Harden

For the 2026–27 season, the NBA salary cap is about $165 million, and Cleveland already has roughly $186 million in guaranteed salary on the books before a new James Harden deal is finalized.

i get boston. they had the 4th best record in the league last year, right? from that team, they replaced brown with tatum and added george and robinson. they could win a lot of regular season games.

minny i'm less certain about. like, our lack of starting forward has everyone claiming we're doomed, but their current plan is to start trey lyles. you can't tell me that's way better than laravia or williams. and our top three guys are better than theirs.

don't get me started on ranking toronto and charlotte ahead of us.

They are still believe that Zion is going to last whole season, but Luka and Kessler will be injured before playoffs ??
Toronto if Kawhi trade is voided is probably play- in team just because it's East.
I don't know who pays for this b*******
Athletic ranked Lakers 11 , better than Bleach report but still

i think we're lumped in with houston, minny, and denver in our conference and basically on par with anyone in the east except the theoretical version of philly in which embiid and lebron are healthy (again, luka/kessler/reaves are doomed to be perpetually injured, but embiid/lebron are certain to be healthy).

and i know the knicks won the title, but they just stayed healthy and got hot at the right time. they're basically the same team they were before last year, minus robinson. i doubt they finish on top of the east.

Mavs signed Marshall to an extension, which is interesting to me…

I'm thinking we will be in the 5-7 scrum, it's probably going to be only a handful of games separation in that group. I expect us to have a choppy start.

The East will be competitive I don't expect the Knicks to repeat. Injuries are the wildcard as usual.

The media is underrating the Lakers but the fans here in general are definitely overrating us.

Our ceiling with Kuminga is winning one playoff series. Maybe two if we manage to avoid OKC.

I also think as currently constructed we're a play in team at best. A team starting Jake Laravia has no business in the playoffs.
