I wish we could get our hands on Mathurin. Tough luck for Haliburton

 

never been as high on him as most of our fan base. he's solid but has significant holes in his game. carlisle is just good at hiding flaws, imo.

 

mathurin could be a guy who late blooms into a semi-star. but i think he needs to go to a losing team that can let him fail some in a bigger role.

To keep going at this pace is irresponsible. I don't know how they settle that tab with investors and ad buys, but ultimately what's more valuable? 82 games + IST and having watered down product on the floor that will turn fans off OR 60 something games where you have the best players still on the court through June.

I'm also not sure how they make that work with stats and records. People will say anything after deserves an asterisk. It's an ugly situation but these injuries are getting to be too much

 

God I've grown to despise OKC: such floppers and they don't gets call on all the reaching they do.
Mathurin gets an absurd offensive foul for one of the most obvious flops I've ever seen and he gets hit on his jump shots by SGA no call.

 

yeah, you can't tell me AD and luka both didn't sit longer with calf injuries because they worried about being one of these cases. and i don't blame either and wish both had sat out longer, tbh.

 

I don't know it's coincidence or conspiracy but over the past two months, this is the third torn Achilles - Haliburton, Tatum and Lillard. A strange coincidence, but they all wear number 0 jersey

I’d take Beal for the TPMLE. The issue with Westbrook was his contract when he came here. Having over the hill ex star guys on a TPMLE is a low risk, medium reward play.

Feel if the refs didn't call all these soft fouls/foul baiting and no fouls for Dort, the Pacers might have had a better chance.
