    I just want him to heal. I didn't like him playing when he came back. He has nothing to prove, so I hope he doesn't try too much to comeback and make something worse.
    We need dominant AD to have any shot of a title

    Hip spasms? Man AD gets some weird injuries man.

    At least it doesn't sound serious: I wonder if does stuff like yoga and pilates. More than the strength training that would improve his flexibility

    He shouldn’t try to play through it. That’ll just make it worse and he’s too valuable. Some of the injured role players need to try and play through a bit of pain

    This won't help now, but for future reference. In the spring gather the fresh bright green spruce needles before they turn woody. Steep them for 12 minutes at 160 degrees, no higher. Throw in birch twigs if you have them. Drink up, no muscle spasms, cramps and it will likely take away allergy symptoms. Not exactly pleasant, but better than it sounds. Hiking you can just pick and eat them.

    the injuries with AD are just insane. If i'm the Lakers, rest him next game, don't even take a chance.

    What I'm confused about is why it's taking Rui so god damn long to get back.

    He should knock off these Kyrie impressions. He's too gangly and awkward, for all these fancy crossovers and spin moves.
