Has all those plays that impress the Twitter guys but other things that seem common sense it’s WTF are you doing? Even Cranjis notes the lineups and DNPs for Gabriel and Christie who have been playing well. What pisses many of us off is he talked all this guys who earn it stuff and even recently said about Max he didn’t care about age if the performance was there, and then he sticks with the same thing over and over and has way too short of a game rotation regular season (admitting he’s “riding” him) piling up minutes on LeBron (like D’antoni breaking Kobe never happened) and guys in the 4th and through overtime against Boston and DNPs guys who were helping to win some games.
He leans on his vets to make the correct play a bit much at the end of games. Like Bev isn't aware of the score and fouls for no reason?
How can you talk about Bev when he was involved in all the big possessions apart from the Lebron's no call. Hit a huge three, unbelievable off Reb and putback and then a huge def Reb too. That foul was bad for sure, but it's typical 'sofa expert's kind of take. Game was crazy, it's an off Reb, he was all pumped up from the many great plays, he saw the ball and tried to swat it. Bad call but understandable if you already experienced any kind of sports high pressure drama. As for Ham, as said above, he puts this team competing with anyone. And that game was another W if it wasn't for the ref. It's the 4th game like that and we would be 4th in the West. That's unbelievable. Yet, I agree he can (and must if he wants to have success in this franchise) do better in his rotations and crunch time decisions. He's learning too, it's a rookie coach. You can't have everything. I rather have this than blowout losses and passive teams like we have seen recently in the past
I watched the game...Bev made some great plays, and he made some mistakes. That was one of his mistakes. He's a veteran, defensive specialist, you have to know time and score in that situation. He's not Christie. He's played in big games before. You don't win a lot in high pressure sports, getting caught up in the heat of the moment. They are human though, it happens. Anyway.. we didn't lose the game because of him, we bungled a lot of opportunities and got robbed again by the refs. I agree Darvin is fine with me, he has some things to work on, but he's done some good work this season too IMO. We are in a position to win late, in most of the games. That's not poor coaching on display.
Poor coaching: three guard lineups when your team is consistently out rebounded and near the bottom in defensive efficiency. This guy’s rotations still don’t make sense. Our poor record is my evidence.
Well if you don't like 3 guard lineups I've got a surprise for you: 4 guard lineups this dude is unreal! Great motivator and Twitter seems to like his playsets but damn he is one of the worst coaches I've seen in terms of lineups
We probably weren’t going to win anyway, but his lineups are a joke. 4 guard lineups? Come the hell on man. Wenyen kills it in the 3rd and then doesn’t come back in until garbage time, just why?
Really frustrating he doesn't keep playing lineup that work. Wenyen and Bryant actual played well together early in the season and we haven't seen it in forever
No questions from the reporters covering the Lakers about this insane fetish for midget line ups? I haven’t heard anything about it.
Ham is a degenerate. A goblin. I hope we can his a** and he never works another minute as a head coach. Not even as an interim. f*** that guy.
