SO MUCH F****** THIS!! …. plus not doing the obvious talent and SIZE move by now of leaving Reaves in the starting lineup.
I like Darvin but I don't understand this Bev thing. I'm sure he has his reasons for playing him this much, but I'd like to hear them.
I can't imagine how Sarver would have survived in LA as an owner but then again Sterling lasted decades. They're small ball lineup which they would have had if Sarver just would have been willing to pay was going to be Amare, Marion, Joe Johnson, Nash and the pick that became Deng. Jesus that was a dynasty there
If he starts Bevs against Luka, Ham's officially an idiot. Luka just destroyed Bevs when I watched the Clips vs Dallas and Lue had to put in Rondo of all people to fix that matchup. You need more size and make it difficult for him to find a mismatch
Playing small ball is perfectly fine and relevant. It was revolutionary with the Suns, with Miami and GSW later, of course. But if you look at those teams, they all played without traditional 7-footer fairly often and would focus on running to the corner and shooting the 3/going for an explosive dunk as much as possible. But here's the catch: these teams mostly had good to great wing size & length with athleticism to boot. They would also include defensive wing specialists. Now, our small ball focuses on being "small" literally: we don't use a traditional center, we have very few wing defenders and they usually don't have much size. On top of that, we are the worst in shooting the 3. It's like -- how do we take MDA's original ideas, then look at Spo's contributions, distill that through Kerr's experiences and then do everything wrong.
Cool..if you consider me the HC. Then run my check please. The uniforms don't play the game. Where do they do that at? If that's the way it worked we'd never lose a game. Plenty of Hall Famers have donned the jersey.
