Depending what our roster needs are, I'd like to make a run at him in 2023 when he's a FA. I think he'd pair nicely next to AD. Very curious to see what the market value for him will be as the league continues to put a premium on shooting bigs over strength and physicality.

 

his current salary is an overpay because he can get schemed out of games by some teams (to me, you can't be unplayable against anyone at 20+ million per), but he's big, smart, and a great team guy on and off the court by all accounts.

Refs were a mess all night, not just this game but other games too. Butler with two quick Ts and ejected, first one was warranted but he was walking away when he got the second one. Anthony Edwards tossed the same way too.
