Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate My hate for you is so strong!!!!!!!!!!!! ok, not really lol. Just not excited about having to look at LLLLLBJ's mug if he comes here.
I have to disagree with everything here, this trade was out of necessity due to Irvings demand not because they expect Lebron to leave. This trade did almost everything for Clev, it gave them similar player to Irving just older, gave them another 3/D wing that can be affective against possible GSW matchup again, saved them nearly 30mill in luxury tax AND adds a possible top 3 pick and the possibilities are endless with that pick. There no chance in hell Lebron can use the "they didn't get me enough" help excuse to leave. He'll leave if they lose terribly to GSW
maybe he expects more from them and they aren't living up to his expectations? Mia youngins sounded like they loved him, besides if it means we got rid of Deng in the process I couldn't care less about Wades issues with young dudes, just buy him out and let him be on his marry way.
This is sort of what I was suggesting in the Kyrie thread only with Cousins swapped out for PG13. This trade wasn't what I would call bad for us, but it did more harm than good in our pursuit of LBJ this summer.
Wade is done, he's not chasing Klay Thompson around or helping them win anything. They'd almost be better off with a defensive minded role player there with having IT at the 1.
hahaha. Lebron led both GSW and Cleveland in Points, Rebounds, Assists, Blocks and Steals in the 2016 Finals. Kyrie Irving was busy winning 20 games plus before Lebron came back. How exactly was it Kyrie that got Lebron the ring? Because he made the last shot? Does that shot exist if not for Lebron blocking AI? No. All this s*** talk started with Kobe and Shaq and it has never ended. It takes a team to win titles. Right blend, right starts and a s***load of luck here and there. This needs to be put the bed. I wish someone could.
The only Laker jersey I've ever considered throwing away is the Coward jersey. Even then, I hold on to it in the slim possibility someone can unstitch his worthless @#$ off my jersey and I can customize it again.
I've only ever burned one piece of sports memorabilia ever. When the 2008 NBA Finals was set, I ordered a Lakers/C Bags rivalry t-shirt. But by the time it arrived, the series was over and my heart had been ripped out of my body and thrown in the dumpster. I almost threw the shirt away, but I decided I would hang on to it until the Lakers beat the C Bags in the Finals again, no matter how long that took. Two years later, after Game 7, my friends and I were getting hammered at the bar and I remembered the shirt. I ran the 5 blocks home and retrieved it. We burned it in the parking lot right then and there. No fire has ever looked more beautiful than those flames did in my eyes that night.
