    Man I forgot all about this guy. He hasn't played since 2012/13 season, and then it was only 26 games. Was he injured? Did he go play overseas? How do you just disappear like that with the talent he seemingly had?

    There were rumors of us getting him from the Bulls a few years back IIRC. Him and Davis on the court would be alright as long as we had Kobe and Young in there for some offense.

    I like your optimism. I think a deal or two will be made, but my feeling is it will be small baby steps toward rebuild and lakers are leery of taking on salary when they have randle next year and another great pick plus kobe. 2015 free agents is the splash. Hence BSPN trying to start early with its stories so they can maybe land one and say 'you heard it here first'

    We just have to be patient. Swaggy return should help. Kelly looked good on Ryan Anderson last night.

    Afflalo I feel though would somebody great to strike on because he only makes 7.5 mill next year... which is going to be far cheaper IMO, then what Matthews/Jeff and Gerald Green will get. Butler and Gay will be get near max money most likely, just what the league has seemed to become.

    Probably. He averaged over 3 blocks a game for several seasons - and he was a good player. If Tyrus Thomas were Bradley, he'd be on a roster still.
