    The hat says make his country ( wherever he is from ) great again ! I’ve seen same hats that reads make ( hockey , basketball) great again ! With the same style of writing . It’s not what the hat reads, it’s the concept of the hat and where it was originated from . He knows exactly what he is doing but acts dumb about it .

    The article title says: "We visited Jokic's stables and his horses". "When Nikola's horse Dreamcatcher runs, everything in Sombor stops"."Scroll up to enter Jokic's stables".
    His hat says: "Make Sombor great again".

    Sombor is his home town in NW Serbia, close to Croatian and Hungarian border. Jokic clearly loves his town (population just under 50k I think) and horse racing. I fail to see anything controversial about the hat. You can see stuff like that everywhere. Hats and T-Shirts are sold as souvenires in the Balkans. Something like this, for example:
