I’ve come to hate Bill Plaschke for his clueless articles like these for the reasons and realities of why things are as they are. Always ready to jump on the negative and moralistic bandwagons. i actually think they're mad that lebron signed his deal and we drafted his kid. this takes out a lot of their angles of intrigue (lebron leaving). it's not like any of them want to actually talk about basketball, which is a shame as how jj chooses to approach basically the exact same roster ham had should be a really interesting story from a basketball standpoint.

Couple days ago I said ( without any knowledge of this article ) if LeBron really cared about the LAKERS or his own health he will stay out of the Olympics. But we all know it’s Paris and LeBron likes to party ! If the Olympics were held in BOSNIA you think LeBron would have gone ? NO! why should I sugar coat anything ? I don’t mean to defend Bill but he is not wrong ! He cares more about catching C bags than LeBron adding to his hardware collections .

 

How about we needed our best players to win the gold too, whether he would have gone to Bosnia or not which is ridiculous. Any country chosen to host the Olympics is not going to be a s***hole and I push back at the "selfish LeBron" or "selfish AD" for wanting to play with the best in the US vs the best in the rest of the world as the Olympic Games ARE a big deal. F*** whatever the C Bags did .... as if him not going was going to greatly affect the reality of the current situation.
