Screw that noise. I've blasted him his entire career, you can't expect me to root for him now that he's in purple and gold.
I don't care that she's a woman. If Jeanie Buss ever considers this .... sirron we need the scope and crosshairs gif for her to let her know up front with Lakerfan everywhere that has a pair, rooted in Lakers history .....how we would feel about that. Maybe a less graphic ending? But let her know. F*** no to Lebron coming here now with his carpetbag. As well ...should be an affront to everything that was and IS great about lifetime Lakers Magic and Kobe.
Just for the record: I don't like LeBron, but I'd welcome him to the team because #17 means more to me than just about anything else as a Laker fan. LeBron helps us to that end. That being said, I'm going to play Devil's Advocate here and you're all going to hate it! But it's a slow summer and why not have fun with it? Here's what I'll do: if you bear with me, the Lakers need to do the following things: 1) trade away Deng + future 1st (2020?) for cap space or an expiring contract. 2) trade away Clarkson/Mozgov/#28/Nance or future pick(s)? to Brooklyn for Brook Lopez 3) $$ If the Lakers can clear Clarkson, Mozgov, and Deng from the books they'll have somewhere near 41.5-ish million dollars on the books in the summer of 2018. That includes Randle's 12.5-ish cap hold and the cap holds for other spots. That'd leave us over 60 million dollars to spend assuming the cap stays the same at 102 million (it'll likely move up a bit). That means the Lakers could come extremely close to offering max deals to both James and George while keeping Russell, Randle, Ingram, AND Ball. They'd likely have to shed Nwaba and Nance Jr. in order to make it there or if the cap goes up a bit, they could find a way to make it happen. You could also trade whichever of those young guys isn't your favorite and bring in another veteran presence. Now what do we do with Ingram, George, and LeBron all on the same team? I don't know, but I'm not really upset about it.
I gotta go with this. To f******* listen to the L.A. press daily fawning over the guy and it being all about him being the superstar LA needed again to rally the (role players) here...... just ruins everything about the title. Anyone but him. Well almost anyone there's a couple others with really bad stink on them.
I want #17. Lebron is good for at least one more title so I'm in. I never thought I'd see the day where I'd root for Malone, Nash and Dwight, but I did. Them wearing the P&G kinda clouded my view lol.
Lost me at LeBron in LA. Made me lose my s*** by putting Lonzo Ball and defense in the same sentence. That's not a strength. Stop it.
