THE pre-eminent athlete in the league. Heck yeah he battled him. Plus he had 3 blocks over the course of the game last night and only 2 TOs against that same Thompson and all the other super duper long athletes. His 3 ball is still rust affected but he blew by those super dupers in traffic 3 or 4 times. Gee .... how does that happen for such an "athletically challenged" player .... both the defense and the skill and quickness to do that on offense?? And ( Oh Whoa!) in the .... give me a drum roll .... playoffs too .... where the other teams get to (no s***, really? ) "scheme" on him too. Just MAYBE because the narrative from the anti Reaves mob is horse bleep?
if Thompson is getting up to 250 millions for 5 years what is Reaves max ? the lucrative extension young star Amen Thompson is expected to sign this summer, potentially a five-year deal worth more than $250 million.
That could have been bad he really yanked. D*** move! Seems like it's open season out there for guys just taking shots at him. But he's a tough MF and rarely even acknowledges the teeing off on him.
ok, maybe others can help me out, but i think the clip where they show his shoulder drooping seems to me to be a) the other shoulder and b) more about what appeared to be a thigh issue (maybe cramp, maybe contusion?). when i first saw thompson yank him, i was worried it could aggravate the oblique, but luckily that seems unaffected in any case.
Yeah, the right arm/shoulder was yanked. Then the highlight of him going to the bench looks like his left arm is drooped and that's what the commentators pick up on, but that's to grab at/hold his thigh. Based on the heating pad on it when he's on the bench and that he has the staff grab him a protein bar, it definitely looks like it was a cramp.
yeah, that's exactly what i was talking about--so did the arm yank cause a problem or no? do we know? because the clip isn't about that.
