Austin done for the season, sets up a compelling decision this summer. What's his contract offer now?

I don’t think it really matters too much to our roster building this summer. He is being signed to bird rights and after we use up all of our cap space.

So is having 5-10 million less on Reaves’ contract next offseason worth anything? I don’t really think so? We’re gonna be over the first apron regardless.

don't need to get another star. definitely not "gianniss"

they're going to pay reaves, so their best bet is to go out and find someone who can form a 2A and 2B tandem with reaves

I still don’t believe AR can be the second best player on a championship team unless that team is deep off the bench

The first name that comes to mind for me is, unironically, Zion. I like the current dynamic with Reaves and LeBron, where we have two very different pitches to throw after Luka. P&R heavy scoring guard and big, physical bully-ball forward. It would obviously be a huge gamble with Zion, but he’s the one guy I see out there with the talent to be a 2B that could maybe be had for cheap enough that we still have assets to add another rotation player or two.

Most disappointing season since the first one with Brick.
We probably still wouldn’t have beat OKC or Spurs, but you never know with the randomness of injuries.

The only chance we had is if teams get injured not our players the ones getting injured

No team wins the Chip without a good bench.

Facts the Lakers need to develop the current players they have here to build up their bench. Legitimate bench guys like you see in OKC. player development. Guys that can play for other teams. Guys that can start for other teams.

This is the griddy basketball side that people don’t see. You gotta have passionate conversations with Dalton Knect. Guys are going to get in others faces. We don’t need timid. You always complain about I’m not getting touches. I’m not getting burn. I’m a dog. We’ll be a dog Dalton. We gonna see right now. Who is about that.

Facts our 1st round pick Dalton Knect regressed. He hasn’t done s***. It set us back.

So let’s see what Bronny and Thiero can do.

I’m serious about this Bronny Thiero Knect need to play big minutes with Lebron Kennard Hachimura Ayton Smart Vanderbilt Hayes and LaRavia.

We have to develop those guys so they can be viable bench options.

I don’t know what number LeBron comes back at. They say Cleveland and I hear all the chatter. But he’s gotta love playing with his kid and having the family based in here in Los Angeles.

nobody’s playing with Curry and Green and not playing on the Lakers. He still has a better shot here with Luka and Reaves.

Off-season as much as people like to say no Gianiss. I assure you Guggenheim Pelinka Walters will be in touch.

A lot of this will hinge on Luka. If Gianiss goes somewhere else. Peyton Watson. Look he’s the most popular guy on here. Sushi is my favorite food but I don’t always get it. So I’m sure Ben Tenzer and Denver brass want to keep him and Peyton is a priority.

So shift to the viable options.

    1. Cam Johnson in a packaged trade
    2. Toni Eason outright signing.
    3.Derrick Jones Jr.
    4.Keon Ellis
    5. Tylbisee Mattiuse

get one of those options and figure out the roster.
