That's the dangers of negotiating with one of these teams with a boatload of picks. You have them and you'll be expected to pony up.

yeah, i forgot that. did miami ever get the rozier trade eligibility sorted out? as much as i think riley is a dirty snake who probably deserves to have an unfair turn of the rules at some point, i don't see why the team is penalized for rozier's mistakes. his contract should be tradable even during the investigation.

I haven't seen anything official on Rozier, but some of the reporting on Miami's Giannis offer suggests he's in it so I would image they've gotten some assurance he can be treated as a normal expiring.

on the court, morant is still pretty good despite some regression over time. he just can't stay on the floor.

he's also a really awkward fit with reaves and luka given how much he likes to have the ball.

It does happen, but teams don't typically create room and move players for one particular player unless they're pretty sure they're getting that player
