This roster won't be the same after the trade deadline, IMO. Rob will make changes, IMO.

Austin will likely be out for a min for a couple of weeks, IMO.

Waiting to see if Smart has any after effects from his shoulder injury. If not, I'm guessing he'll probably the one taking Reaves spot.

Rui needs to come out of the starting lineup too, even without Austin.

^I'd be fine with that. No problem. However, Smart's "shooting" isn't close to Austin's and given Reddick's approach to "spacing," and Rui's ability to shoot, he'll likely keep him out there, IMO.

I'd be fine inserting Smart into Reaves spot (while he's injured) & putting LaRavia & just giving the starting 5 a different look, IMO. In the press conference yesterday, JJ said, "we've looked at everybody," but he hasn't tried different combinations in the starting 5 where the crux of the issue is and we come listless and down by 10 or more out the gate.

We're climbing up hill all game after that; it's ridiculous.

Well JJ made a point of criticizing Ham, for switching lineups soo much. I think that's part of his reluctance, to pulling Rui from the starting lineup. He doesn't seem too fond, of playing young guys a lot either. He needs to get over that with the rook too IMO.

Kings are a weird organization: I want to think they're doing a masterful tanking job but look at this minutes distrubition and see if it makes any sense
    Ellis 22, Monk, 19, Schroeder 19, Brick 26.

What Went Right? I wanna say we played SAC on a BTB, but still: the Lakers actually played some defense.

At one point we were up what? 32? Can't piss a lead like that away in the 2nd half at home after the sports world started asking: What's wrong with the Lakers?

Good ball movement, better paint protection.

Nick Smith's offense looks really good. We're gonna need him with AR out until February.

    Losing streak: broken.

A major test to see if this team cares enough: Tue night vs. DET. Clips beat the Pistons tonight behind Kawhi's 55.

Team came out and took care of business which is all you can ask for. We looked solid on both ends and were engaged the whole way. Also ran organized office most of the game.

Yeah, was nice to see. Have to keep it up. Getting a win over a good Detroit team and heading into the new year would really be nice.

Agreed. I feel like when we lock in and execute we are tough to beat. Team needs a quality win.

Watching Westbrick BRICK layups brought me joy, again.
Thiero not getting meaningful minutes, until garbage time, did not.
