Definitely looks like we may already have our defender.

Look it’s a rare bird. The fight though screen bird instead of dying on the screen and switching crap.

Well there's a history of a team with aging all time great with two stars in their prime suddenly finding a huge wing who was also freakishly athletic fall into their laps. That huge wing also had great anticipation on defense and was an elite pickpocket. Way to much to think that Theiro is going to have a Klaw like rookie year but damn a young Kawhii looked and played like this archetype

Kawhi was a good shooter to begin with. If Adou can show any shooting touch, it would be amazing.

kawhi shot 21% and 29% from three in college. It’s a big part of why he wasn’t a top five pick.

He was pretty elite in college. Great defensive player but he was a mid range guy and it worked for him then.

I meant his first year. He was 49/38/77 that first year. So what I meant was, if Adou can show some shooting in his first year as well, we’ll be golden.

oh yeah, i forgot the context for a minute. i don't think thiero is poised to have a leonard type rookie season, but i think it's in the realm of possibility that he could function like that year when we traded cook for ariza, and unexpected contributions from an athletic forward helped nudge us up a notch.

Some dumb rookie fouls so JJ pulled him. Have to continue to give minutes to see what you got before the trade deadline still

Those are the mistakes you do with inexperience (unless your name is Rui lol)

Adou’s quickness seems to be getting even better as he gets minutes. The guy for his size can really move laterally …. and for any size because of the ground he covers.
