i actually think harden has shown in la that he can fit in how you need him (as scorer or facilitator). you need to have defenders around him, but otherwise, he can play anywhere, imo. if i'm near contention (particularly in the east) and the cost is low...i'd strongly consider. again, atlanta came to mind bc they're built with young in mind, but maybe they don't love young that much and would prefer not to be on the hook for his next contract (see: nico with luka). harden lets atlanta contend this year and next and keeps them flexible going forward in a way that committing 50+ per to young will not. atlanta has great...night life...so harden probably doesn't protest too much. for the clips, they get a (flawed) franchise centerpiece who's fun to watch.
I think Houston would take a flyer on Harden because that really makes them a problem this year. I think GsW don’t care too much for Moody, but Zubac gives them a strong two way center to go with Steph, Butler, Draymond. As for Miami, I know the old fox doesn’t wanna tank, he wants one more shot at a title. A healthy Kawhi in the playoffs is the closest thing they could get. Powell, Kawhi, Bam is pretty potent out east. It also is a younger and better team than they have now which would probably lead to a higher finish and a worse pick going to OKC
He survived Houston so maybe he’s settled down but I’d be cautious of putting Harden in Atlanta with their strip club scene. (In case anyone wonders, no. I’m not joking)
