Pretty good minutes allocation. But I would give LaRavia 20 minutes rather than 14, and everyone has already forgotten about Adou Thiero!!!

I only stream games. I have never owned a DVR, and pretty much anything I watch is on Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime.

As Abeer so courageously pointed out, LeBron is declining. JJ has been working on how to tell him he is starting the year as the sixth man for the good of the team. He has also been working on converting our weak passive defense into an aggressive attacking style that makes teams not want to play the Lakers. This is going to be easier with the addition of Smart and Vando coming in looking like Curry from long range. Part of winning a championship is intimidation. Showtime Lakers and Kobe/Shaq Lakers were feared. We need teams to say "Oh sh@# we play the Lakers tonight" instead of "Yes, we play the Lakers tonight!!!"

love thiero's potential; just don't see how he can be ready for nba level ball right out of the box.

lol i did NOT say lebron should come off the bench, though!

i did say he should play lots of backup center minutes...which is probably equally unappetizing to him.

So VanVleet tore his ACl. That is a huge loss for the Rockets, he's the table-setter for a team that already had a clunk halfcourt offense. There's a ton on Reed Sheppard's shoulders now.

Please basketball gods, have them sign Westbrook. Westbrook back with KD on another huge/clunky team like those old OKC teams would be poetic.

wow. yeah, they were already worried about sheppard as a full-time backup. now, maybe sheppard surprises--and i don't think they need too much from the pg position on offense--but they have some depth they can move to get a stopgap, too. would have been nice to have had whitmore to move in such a situation, but i guess they have the seconds they traded him for.

Better yet why don't they make a move to get another PG for a FInals team who also is known as an undersized bull dog of a PG named Cardio err just call him Gabe Van Vincent

I mentioned this guy Reed Sheppard awhile back saying it was a failure Phoenix didn’t get him in the Durant trade. Saying Phoenix should’ve got him in the Durant trade.

Hes a great player. Can shoot. Can shoot the s*** out of the ball. Reminds me of Curry or Nash.

Now Van Fleet. Losing Van Fleet will cost them the playoffs. That’s a guy I worried about. Cause he’s a guy you could put on Luka.

Now it makes it that much tougher for Houston. Luka LeBron Ayton Reaves.

Who do you guard Thompson has to decide one of them. And then you have Durant that’s it. So their perimeter defense is affected.

and now you don’t have a clutch playoff player.

Who is the best player right now?
    Nikola Jokic: 19
    Luka Doncic: 1

While there has been a nip-and-tuck battle for MVP between Jokic and Gilgeous-Alexander over the past few seasons -- and our survey projects another -- there was little debate about who the single best NBA player is at the moment.
    Really :LLLLLebronlaughing:
    Didn't they watch FIBA games

I might be overly optimistic but I think Kleiber can give us some minutes as well and another kind of look at backup 5 or 4. I see us with eleven capable guys.

Are you f***ing kidding me????? You think I just make this s*** up? Don’t be a snowflake and just post s*** about me to post. I said Van Fleet is one of their best perimeter players. You watch much basketball??? You see what he did when Toronto played Golden state to Curry? He’s a guy you can put on players to frustrate him. That’s been his game getting under players skin and making tough shots. But perimeter defense has been his game.

He is one of their best perimeter defenders that defense was built on him and Thompson and with Durant it makes it easier for him.

Now with Sheppard Luka can just destroy him which will open it up and Allow Durant to have to move around and worry about him. Opening it up for Lebron.

but because you just watch the air quotes Highlights you won’t see that.

Van Fleet is the key to the Rockets winning the glue did you watch him in the playoffs against Golden State? He’s got great leadership. So to write this off as just a meaningless injury is just not incited.

Now Durant will be running around chasing point guard with Thompson making him waste energy on defense taking away from his offense.

Costing them the playoffs meaning the championship. We will beat them easy.

I never said I liked Houston I have them as a 7th seed. And Houston looks like Phoenix now.

Van Fleet is a true point guard and who can guard. And I actually watched Houston when Van Fleet wasn’t there. Completely different team.

Sengun couldn’t get the ball at the right place. He had to iniate more and made Thompson had to facilitate and focus on getting others involved.

Add 37 year old Kevin Durant who has to play defense that’s a completely different team.

We saw what DFS was here. I have a lot of respect for Van Fleet as a player and professional as a lot of NBA players do. He’s no slouch.
