But seriously you are probably on to something. That place is huge and no doubt he's going to have a nice court somewhere, probably indoors so he can get the proper (limited) give with the wood setup vs unyielding concrete of an outdoor court.

I reffed games for my daughter’s futbol(soccer) games when she was young. I think it was girls 8-10. I couldn’t believe how much complaining I received during and after the games. Needless to say, I lasted one season.

 

KareemtheGreat’s is much better- it has a FOUR lane bowling alley.
On a serious note, I’ve never been a fan of large swaths of concrete walls, and bland modern architecture. I’m a forever student of interior and exterior architectural design since I’m asked to come up with varied themes for both and build them for every new version of the game.
However, that view and proximity to the mighty Pacific are worth the high price tag.
