Mark Williams would have solved a lot of problems.

Mark Williams would have been played out of the rotation, too

 

Because they dont give us nothing thats why they don't play much, if they made positive contributions they would play more but to late now, reddick doesnt try any bench any more other than dfs

 

anyone have the stones to ask him if he's feeling bad about the mark williams situation? i want rob asked this question just like i want jj asked about organized offense and why we don't play it more often.

 

Great questions..but cutting to the chase...JJ is NOT going to win a power struggle with Rob period. Luka shifted the whole equation.

Send like he misread the room on the Williams trade

Would have made a huge difference in the series

 

i'm still choosing to believe that they legit saw something on the physical that looked bad and signaled that williams would be damaged goods sooner rather than later, which wouldn't justify the package they were sending out

because if they just chose to be cautious and thought rolling into the playoffs with jaxson hayes as your starting big man would work, then pelinka truly is dumber than we thought

i'll give him credit for luka, but keep in mind that was more nico/dumont being remarkably stupid than it was pelinka being a mastermind

Also, you're terrible wrong about Len. But I get that he's not going to s*** on him publicly.

 

I too am glad they didn’t go through with bringing in damaged goods.
Just think of how much scorn Rob would get if he had gone through with it, and then two years later Williams would have to be completely shut down for good.

 

I think we have the assets to potentially add 2 rotational pieces in the offseason; maybe 3 if I'm being optimistic. I'd also look to buy another 2nd round pick if there's a gem there and grab a player a little older ready to contribute right away.

He has his work cutout for him, but he could create a 2-3 year window of contention if he plays his cards right, IMO.
