Just do keto ffs (or carnivore if you can handle it). Rice and veggies are overrated
I lost 55lbs. in 90 days on 95% carnivore diet, i know what im talking about

 

I did a keto diet for a few months and lost over 35 pounds but it led to kidney stones, so perhaps if I tried it again, I would drink a ton more water and see if that helps. I saw a dietician through my doctor and they told me to be very careful doing another keto diet because they suspect I would get more stones. ??????

 

I think keto is the most studied diet ever. I felt great, i feel even better eating almost only meat. I like Dr. Berg for my "diet news". He makes a s*** tone of sense. Besides, i guess anything would be better than a standard american diet. A cube of butter and a pound of bacon beats most of the junk people put in their mouths anyways
Many dieteticians are hacks btw. How can i take advise from some overweight, thin haired, bad skin lady or a guy, that has trouble walking up 5 flights of stairs. They will tell you stuff, they teach them... from years ago.
I also like this Sten Ekberg guy.

Berg and Ekberg sound like cousins feeding us the same crap. Grow a garden, go shoot a moose, kayak out and catch some salmon or use a net, pick some berries. Time you process all your food you will be slim and in shape. Problem solved. Make sure you play some basketball in there somewhere...lol.

 

i wonder if the mavs knew his leg is cooked and the lakers figured they'd take the risk knowing they weren't winning another title with lebron/AD, hence why they were able to get him for so little

being out of shape and adjusting to a new team is one thing. but he does not look right out there

His teammates need to play off him and be willing to make use of the looks created. Overpassing and giving up easy jumpers for tougher drives were a real issue

 

Third game for a new team after an injury. His conditioning is not where it needs to be but I mainly see a guy who isn’t familiar with our plays or his new teammates. The shock of all of this hasn’t worn off for him either.

Team has to weather the storm while he gets up to speed. We shot ourselves in the foot repeatedly tonight.
