    I'm actually pleasantly surprised with what he has put together on a ridiculous budget.

    He acted foolishly to appease the kang, but has righted the ship. It's too early to truly say this ship is sunk, but it is super clear how poorly Russ is a fit. However, outside of that, if Russ wasn't playing, there's actually a decent chance we could have been 2-1.

    I'm completely ok with giving him some time, and I'm glad he is regularly consulting with Kurt Rambis and his legendary gift for talent evaluation. Rob will be here long after leBrone is gone (My prediction)

    last yr n this yr is made up of 1yr guys who have under performed with their prior team, you cant turn over 70%+ of the team EVERY YR

    this is my biggest detestment of having a leBone team. Massive roster turnover. I feel no attachment to the team. Anyone we had that was likeable has been shipped out, unsigned, etc. Such a bummer. Hopefully we find that some of the folks we signed end up being a long term fix.

    really don't see this as the play at all. they know the fans will desert, and they know that FA has nothing of value next year.

    Doc Buss was able to pull it off very successfully for two reasons. He had the right instincts, and he surrounded himself with great basketball minds (Logo, Bill Sharman, Chick).

    Jeannie does not seem to have the same instincts and then there is the issue of who she has surrounded herself with.
