    Stupid to change jersey numbers at all lol it does nothing. Unless this a way for him to get AD's 4 million dollar kicker back it's pointless to change your jersey number again next year when you aren't even able to do it now (AD will already have to wear a new number, why change again). It screws the fans too.

    This is not about what Lebron wants, it's about what Nike wants and they have probably already spent a ton in manufacturing fees to produce a ton of stuff with Lebron 23 on it. Bet it's already in post production so it would just be a loss for them. C'est la vie.

    Totally, but he needed to announce it earlier is my guess. Nike is fine with next year.
    I think it is great for Nike and Lebron, but next year not this year. It will be a bit of a problem for AD because everyone will figure his number this year is only temporary. Of course, that could be a collector item, depends on how you look at it.

    Appparently the deadline for number changes was in March I read. Its a little ridiculous though, Lebron is Nike’s guy, you think they couldn’t make an exception here.

    That could really suck for them, if they have already put a bunch of stuff into production, it could be a very costly error. I could see them having a problem with a late request.

    Well, I don't care what the facts are, it's obvious that the Lakers, Lebron and Rich Paul colluded with each other to tamper with all the small market teams in the NBA and that they should all be fined 1 million dollars and lose their top 2 players to the Clippers!!!!!!!
