He's definitely improved and seems like a good kid with a good head on his shoulders, but he's still not close to being an NBA rotation player. Which is totally fine, he's a 20 year old former second round pick. You can see the outline of a good POA defender, but he's certainly not there yet. But from his comments the other day he seems to know that, which is good. If keeps progressing maybe he can get some real minutes in 2026-2027.

Disagree and could be wrong but I expect he will get some minutes this year.

He can go with his pops after next season. Lakers need to get out of the Klutch and James business. We've all had enough of that fill.

Bronny has a long way to go, but he looks quite a bit better than last summer for sure. His confidence in his shot is still not there, though I do think his misses are not as bad as before, and while his handle is improved he still loses the ball a lot. His defense is super solid though, he’s not afraid to guard anyone, he’ll body up a center, that’s cool to see, and he remains a really good passer with his dad’s feel for the game. I think he has a chance to be a solid defensive role player if he continues to get some leeway to develop at his own pace.
