    That’s funny, I was gonna make the same reference but with Lincoln. The Lakers coaching job is not for the weak.

    His sudden change during the season was unbelievable.
    You can see he is a high emotional guy and an over thinker. He lives a lot the process and detail and gets pissed when is not followed.

    He did improve his last season and I think he will keep learning how to control it better

    Did he learn enough and will he continue to learn to take us to the promised land?

    Adjustments, game plans, rotations. etc
