i just think if you add kuminga, the roster suddenly makes a ton of sense to me:

grimes/bronny

I don’t think we can do much at the deadline this year. So we have one more offseason where we can add a MLE, a BAE, trade one more pick and salary for help and the rookies will be a year older.

If we don’t make the conference finals after that. Then I believe Reaves is being shopped in 2 years.

If we don’t make the conference finals the year after we trade Reaves, that would mark 3 post seasons from today. I believe at that point they start to listen to offers for a 32 year old Doncic.

He would be young enough to give a team 3 good years and would be worth 3-4 picks at that point.

 

Kuminga and Thybulle would make me optimistic and shelf the let’s start two rookies tomfoolery.
