    silver really has no choice but to punish them to some extent

    if he doesn't, that's basically letting the rest of the league know that they can also operate in a similar manner

    If they lose anything, I reckon it'll be future picks. Maybe the next pick they own. They won't take away this year's pick.

    Should be a hefty fine and they should put it to a vote and let the Arbor Day Foundation vote on who gets their #5 pick in this year's draft. Then when they're done giving OKC all the picks for forever, they should lose the pick in that following draft as well.
