but how do you know it's from injury and not fatigue? if you allow it for one, you sort of end up allowing it for the other. and if the same substance can heal and enhance, how do you police that?

when you say "can't work in a week" i don't know what that means. is it that the treatment itself takes longer than a week to administer or that the effects don't occur that quickly? both? seems weird that one would bother with doing it (and then apparently subsequently hiding evidence of doing it) if either of these were true? but again for me the whole point is that the league seems ok with looking the other way on a guy leaving the country to circumvent substance laws. but i guess it's the same league that's looking the other way on blatant cap circumvention, so it's a real see no evil outfit.

Hear no evil, see no evil, have no fun. Adult athletes will make decisions for themselves and live with the results and consequences. Olympics illustrated that. High level athletes don't want to live through a life of what ifs. I support whatever decision they make. It may very well turn out to just be medically not possible.

You can’t just take a huge dose of peptides one time, it’s a substance that passes through the body. You have to administer it over a period of time to get the effect you’re looking for. Like maybe he could get benefit from 4 weeks of peptides? So over a week of doses wouldn’t have much of an impact.

Stem cell, blood cell and immune cell treatments are different. Most of the time they’re taking your own blood, extracting parts of it and injecting it locally for more efficient outcomes. It’s kind of speeding up the body’s natural healing ability. Although they are most probably adding extra stem cells as well - I don’t see a problem with that but then it’s not too far away from the understanding of peptides to the general public anyway.

An addition: most (if not all) of the stuff Luka would be doing at the moment would be cutting edge treatments that are allowed in sport and international competitions.

The reason it’s not allowed in the US is more political/lobbyist in nature.

I believe so, as long as it isn't enhanced with peptides.
