JJ is who he is. He played the starting lineup the whole half in last year's playoffs. And after the guys were breathing fumes, JJ in his trademark delusional arrogance blamed "conditioning". Now he has ran Austin and Luka into the ground and he refused to play the young players. Now we're screwed.

JJ GTFO and take Pelinka, who gave him an extension after last postseason's s*** show with you.

There are limits to being a “sicko”, you can’t be running your roster into the ground. He played basically 8 guys tonight, barely, Vando and Kleber got 12 mins each. Then Bronny got 9 mins, Smith Jr 2, and Bufkin 3. Dalton can’t get some run? Thiero isn’t available? This was a meaningless game, we can’t end the season worse than 5th and he plays LeBron 39 mins. This sort of coaching is going to be awful for Luka and Reaves long-term.

This guy just doesn’t get it. This was a perfect opportunity to try new guys and he STILL played basically 8 guys meaningful minutes. Just ridiculous. He’ll run Lebron in the ground next.

Theiro would not have saved the Lakers from Flagg doing what he did. JJ Redick has been trying his best to run with a team with little depth and it just didn't work out in the end. The offseason will be a huge transition period with this team in how the Lakers add 2 maybe even three valuable depth or its going to be tough next year to continue to run with a 6 to 7 man rotation for a full season.

JJ has very little to work with right now. Given the injuries. If we want to talk about he shouldn’t have played Luka and Reaves after they got injured in OKC I agree with that. I also do they think it doesn’t hurt to give Dalton a shot.

Nick Smith Jr won us a game at Portland without the big 3 .. Redick is just terrible and won't be able to blame the medical staff forever

In games like this he should be giving Adou some good minutes

    Why not?

It gives him more experience and it's not like it will hurt the team
