Gabe outplayed DiVincenzo in our series IMO. No thanks on that one.

Why would the Wolves do this? He's been a good player for them. No reason to dump him unless hes part of a bigger package (morant?, trae?)

Yeah, lost on that as well unless it’s payroll/small market related

They have significant future money tied up in Ant/Gobert/Randle/McDaniels/Reid and its becoming obvious that they need another competent ballhandler next to Ant. Conley is aging out, Dillingham isn't ready yet (and may never be) and DiVincenzo isn't really someone you give the ball to run your offense. I think they want to get off of his money and get a draft asset back that they can use to try and find a better backcourt fit.

He's really good though. Yeah he's not a pg but he's like the 14th best guard in the league based on WAR.

At age 28 he's probably got a good 4 years in his prime. I'd consider a top 5 protected first for him. That being said while I think that's fair compensation for him I still would not do it of I was the Wolves he a legit 2 way guard

word is they've been kicking the tires on coby white, sexton, the usual guard suspects. guessing they were trying to move conley + 2nds for white, but if chicago were into it, that might have already happened? so i could see them moving divincenzo for a ballhandler and getting a 1st back.

but i agree (and posted something similar a few days back when we were discussing this)--the wolves shouldn't give up dvv if they want to contend right now. i don't think he's about to decline, and he's under contract at sub-mle for next year. this is a two-way guard who's a big plus on the floor. they should see if some other team could get sold on dillingham, imo--i think that might have been a mistake.

Gabe Vincent hasn't outplayed his own d***, let alone any NBA players in the last 2.5 years. The amount of contrarian crap that you keep spewing is getting massively stale. Seriously, the f***, out of all the things to say, Gabe f***ing Vincent outplayed someone? I've watched every f***ing game the last 2.5 years, he has been a god damn disaster, and about as useless a free agent pick up the Lakers have ever had.

Meh.. You don't know what the f*** you are talking about dude. You are just running off at the mouth. DiVincenzo shot 30% from the field and 19% from 3 in about 25 min a game in that series. Gabe shot better from the floor and field, and helped shut DiVincenzo and Conley a**** down! Again..our perimeter defence against the Timberwolves was not our main issue, and I still don't believe it to be so now either.

I know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. You just say the opposite s*** no matter the subject. The proof is in the hundreds of posts. Gabe Vincent was the final b******* analysis from you to finally time me out with you. Gabe Vincent is a f***ing stooge, useless, injured f*** face that amounted and continues to amount to s*** game in and game out. Anything or anything saying he has done anything positive is either his family or friends or a delusional a**hat.
