NBA needs to move two teams to Seattle and Las Vegas. No expansion. The lack of quality talent already would worsen with two more teams. New Orleans needs to be the first to get moved. The other should be Memphis. Their lease is up in 2029 and Ja Morant has officially eliminated the “t” from himself and will likely be an ex-grizz soon enough.

Also, geographically, things can set up better. Western teams don’t have to travel all the way to Tennessee and Louisiana which are clearly on the East side of the country.

I think you can make the trade work with Vando included. That's a good amount of salary cap relief to make it worthwhile as Quickley's contract is ugly and they are over the cap as a middling non contender.

The catch and shoot numbers are bizarre but in terms of a POA who is a scoring threaat and shoot - this is exactly what the Lakers are missing right now.

He is doing pretty good, Shaq calling him out is a reversion comment from Shaq. Any fan who cannot see the positives that Ayton is bringing to this team is just being stupid. Is he the second coming of Jabbar or Bill Russel? Well, no but who the hell cares? He is better than what we had and he is a solid rotation piece and I really hate the whole comparison route where if a player is not as good as one of the all time greats then he is some kind of waste of space.

I am super glad we got him, we have a better front court than we had before we got him. He is a good player.

Is it me or is this schedule weird: we have a 3-2 road trip all over hell's half acre in the South and the Midwest, fly home, don't play the next game for 3 days, then the one after that is 5 days later. Is this some sort of Grammy/Emmy BS?

It's cool our guys get to rest up and heal 'n jit, but you know we're gonna get a mess of BTBs later in the schedule when they pull this on us.

BTW: the game the day after T-Giv at the Crypt against DAL is playing on Amazon Prime Video. Is that new this year?

Oh crap: the next Prime Video game is on Dec 5th in BOS against the damned Bags. Hope you guys don't have to subscribe to Prime just to see these games! Lucky someone else in my house has a Prime subscription or I'd be pissed if that's the only place they're showing the games. Seems like we always get the Bags around that date.

 

Fortunately I have prime and use it to watch Thursday night football along with many other uses
