And another one of my guys. Now do you see why I was so adamant about Ayton?????? That’s what Ayton does. Come on yall!!!! Clap it up for the Bahamian!!!!!

21 points 11 rebounds Shaq like numbers. Being a force inside. What I like this was a team Laker effort win.

But here’s the stat that will make yall go nuts held. Damontis Sabonis to 10 points.!!!!! That’s a guy who would give us fits 25 10 11 assists always against us and that was with AD!!!

this is what we want Ayton to do. Play defense control the paint.

If we get this with Lebron and Luka back this is definitely a championship team. That’s why Minnesota had so many problems. Don’t give me that b******* about Minnesota in the playoffs last season. We had no f***ing Center. Jaxson Hayes ain’t doing that. He’ll try but hey he didn’t even play.

no teams f***ing with us. Let’s Go!!!!!

Yeah... I was dancing around actually saying it. It seems insane someone that young could actually hold the crown already, but he clearly impacts the game more than anyone. He's ramped up his level of aggression, which is leading to committing more fouls so far this year, but that will regress in the near future. Something definitely clicked this offseason, and it's terrifying. He's YEARS away from his prime, and I can't fathom what it's going to look like once he's there.

Shaq- like numbers??? Come on man.
    Let me refresh your memory:
    30.4ppg, 15.4rbs, 3.2 assists in the 2001 playoffs
    28.7/12.7/3.7 reg season

    30.7/15/3.1 in the 2000 playoffs
    29.7/13.6/3.8 reg season

Yes, Ayton had a very good game, but in no way, in a sane Universe can anyone start comparing him to Shaq. Ayton’s defense was good, but nothing close to what Shaq was doing during the Three-Peat and their respective regular seasons.

Ayton at 8 million is a no brainer. At 33 million it’s a different story.

Yeah, went through the same. When I saw that play in preseason where he looked like Shaq (and I think it was against Lively, not a random scrub) I felt trouble was coming.

He's unguardable. And might win 10 DPOYs.
We may have a Luka-Wemby battle for a few years for the top of the West (with Shai, Ant or Flagg sneaking in too). Spurs have a ton of assets and can still make 2 big moves, they can get any big star that becomes available. We must prepare for that

This has made me wary of making any moves right now. We need to strike with what we have and also have some sort of vision on how to build a team that can withstand Wemby

You mean we shouldn’t trade all of our assets for Wiggins. :ADeyeshift:

i was thinking bane's contract was what reaves would get next summer, but if he keeps doing stuff like last night, he'll blow past that.

I'm calling it now: Minnesota will not make the playoffs outright, and is headed for the play-in.

Man you’re too literal. You do watch inside the NBA right???? You know when Shaq talks about big men like Embiid or he’ll say Howard he says they should be getting Shaq like numbers 20 points 10 rebounds Shaq said it himself. I’m not making a comparison. We’re not comparing stats to a big who averaged 29 points and 13 rebounds.

I think this will make the NBA get their s*** together on the load management report b*******. Guy just sits. Randomly we don’t get anything and then the player is out.

Randomly pulled from a game soreness. Enough of that b*******.

Load management has allowed these gambling things to rear their ugly heads. You can’t question a players injury. Players aren’t being tough and pushing through injuries. Now I see it.

Make these coaches and trainers and players commit to a transparent dialogue of what is going on with players and if they can play.
