Some of these flops are insane. You initiate the contact and flop, you're getting your a** hit next play down the court. That's how i will always play and see basketball.

The Pacers are going to win the Championship.

I see it everybody in America Grandmas included have the Thunder winning the championship.

I got the Pacers. This is a special team. They are fast. Deep. They play like the Warriors who won in 2016. And they do everything right. They shoot. The Thunder can’t shoot like the Pacers.

They beat a very good deep Cavs team. I think people got caught in C Bags Knicks. The Pacers are hot.

I so can’t wait til Luka Comes back. I want to see what fire he has.

What I want to see the Lakers put the ball in his hands let him decide what he wants to do with the ball. Can he shoot. Or decide where he wants to go.

Don’t confuse him. Reeves is my guy. He’s gotta adjust no more you take it I take it. Lebron also. and Lebron has started doing that. But it’s time for Luka to fine tune his game.

That overrated Halliburton guy hit the three to send it into OT. He's pretty good.

This SGA was the worst trade I've ever seen. Luka is nowhere near that bad. Agree with everything here.

Knicks played drop coverage up 14 with 3 minutes 30 left .

I guess they skipped the mathematics classes

My favorite comment about the Hali, he did a Kawhi (bounced in a buzzer beater) a Reggie (choked neck celebration in the Garden) and finally a KD (foot on the line for 3) all in one shot

I like Hali (he's clutch af) but he is overrated. One night he'll give you 30/7/14, next one you'll get 5/2/8. He is inconsistent... come at me :p

watching brunson and SGA take soccer dives at this stage in the playoffs is really sucking the joy out of things. last night brunson just plain too two dives in overtime looking for a call. he got one of them, but neither of them was a defensive foul. it was just him not having good options on offense and flopping.

i think the problem with the term "overrated" is you need to know what the rating is. so, SGA now has an official rating of "best in league", and thus, overnight, imo, became "overrated", as he's not the best player in the league.

so where is haliburton rated by consensus? he made one all nba team (last year) and a couple allstar games. he's good enough to be clearly the best offensive player on a playoff team, which basically makes you a max contract guy, right? his defense has improved from bad to passable over time. i'd say he's properly rated at this point. he's definitely a top-15-20 nba player, right?

Come on man, Ayton will never come close to playing even 5 minutes worth of the dominance that either Shaq or AD showed for entire seasons.
The hyperbole has gotten out of control regarding this dude.

With the crazy comebacks Hali has been a part of this post season, this kid is UNDER- rated.
Those million threes in a row by Nesmith were just crazy!

It was a secret poll among players, there’s jealousy there I would think. probably because Hali gets all the ladies, too lol

This is what you get when the League rewarded Beerdo McFloppington year after year with his clown show.

wade was the real catalyst, imo. they gifted him a title and made him into a superstar when he really wasn't on that tier. they now just occasionally repeat the process when a star hasn't emerged organically and they need someone to feature. harden was probably the most egregious, but SGA and brunson are certainly just part of an ongoing tradition.

i'd even argue that the league changed the handcheck rules in part to make nash a superstar. when you could rough him up in dallas, he was less effective. but at least in that case, the change was probably a good one, and its benefit extended to everyone--nash just benefited enormously. in the case of SGA, harden, etc., it's only this single player who gets to do certain things (like draymond with moving screens and flagrant fouls).

the marketing guys must know something i don't, though, because your average fan just eats it up for the most part.
