Denver Nuggets (5-7)

Los Angeles Lakers (3-10)

The Nuggets swept the 2013-14 season series against the Lakers, winning their three games by a total of 42 points. In fact the Lakers have lost six straight to Denver. The Nuggets are only 2-4 on the road the road this season, so the surging Lakers have a fighting chance tonight.
Ty Lawson has taken a particular delight in destroying the Lakers. He averaged 23 points and 12 assists in three games last season against LA. The Lakers' Jordan Hill averaged nearly a double double (13.5, 9.0) in only 21 minutes over two games against Denver last season. Kobe Bryant hasn't beaten the Nuggets since November 30th, 2011.
I don't know what it's worth, to be honest, but Sagarin's Ratings have the Lakers playing the #1 most difficult schedule so far.

FWIW I think it's worth a good bit. It allowed me to predict a 15-point blowout loss last night (and not be too surprised by a 35-point blowout loss).
Additionally:
W/L Record of teams that have beaten LA: 85-35
W/L Record of teams LA has beaten: 19-16
Total Games: 13
Teams with Winning Record: 12
Record in those games: 2-10
Teams with Losing Record: 1
Record in those games: 1-0
Little consolation, as we need to be able to beat everyone to earn meaningful (Playoff) victories, but it might put some things in perspective.
